UniGripper valve system
UniGripper is designed with a big number of suction-valves, produced in a common valve-plate. Each of the valves have a small "by-pass" that allows the valve to close or open de-pending on wether a product is present or not. Each valve have also a valve-ball that operates to open or close the full vacuum-flow through the valve passage.This valve-system is patented world-wide.
The valves are available with different Flow-capacity: Low-, Medium-, High Flow System. The valve-plates are assembled as a sandwich construction with stainless steel filters to protect against particles to enter into the valves.
The valve-plate is assembled with a common vacuum-chamber and on the gripping side an exchangeable rubber-surface is mounted (ScewOn-System). This system allows a very quick change and easy maintenance of the gripping-rubber.
